please help!!!!

I am an American, but I have a home in the Dominican Republic.

I have a fiance who is in the Philippines.

My idea is that I can get her to Haiti (visa free), then apply for a visa for the Dominican Republic in Haiti.

Will this work?

Any other suggestions?
