Well just because she's haitian doesn't mean we automatically jump to the side of the cousin's story.
The cousin's story and the airline's story are contradictory.
We need to know more before we jump to conclusion.
I mean should a flight attendant or any establishment provide me a specific kind of medication just because I ask for it?
In this case it was oxygen.
Every place of business have protocols that employees must follow.
