This is great!!! I'm sick and tired of being jerked around by AA and laughed at. Friday, they made me wait 3 hrs at the airport and then couldn't wait for me 5 minutes to catch the connection.
They knew I was coming because I checked in.
I had to spend the night in Miami and didn't get back to Atlanta until 1PM Saturday, 12 hours later than I planned..This happens EVERY time I fly home.
I hope they expand to Miami or Atlanta soon so I don't ever have to fly AA again!
