I really think that it is time for each and every Haitien person to stand-up and say something about this situation.Whether you travel or not, this matter should concern every individual, whereas we Haitien should be more respected as passengers.
This shows us that we are not important as clients it's only the money talking here.This is really ashame, because American airlines makes to much money off of us to let us down like that, or should I say to treat us dirt."We deserve better".
