Here is a Spirit Airlines Update On Haiti Flexible Travel Policy found on their website regarding post earthquake flights to Haiti:
Miramar, Florida (February 17, 2010) – In order to offer customers flexibility, Spirit Airlines has updated its Flexible Travel Protection Policy for Port-au-Prince following the earthquake in Haiti.
For customers holding reservations for travel to, from or through Haiti through March 5, 2010, Spirit Airlines will waive the change fee and difference in fare, provided that customers rebook their travel plans before the date and time of their original reservation, and travel on or before March 15, 2010.
Customers who wish to move their travel beyond March 15, 2010, will not be charged a change fee, however any difference in fare will apply.
Customers must call the Spirit Reservations Center at 800-772-7117 (or en Español 800-756-7117) to make their flight changes.
