A place where you can read news, chat, watch movies, listen to radio and more.

Le Lambi has been closed since the quake.

We have Hope Alive! Clinic Ministries in Mariani and when we bring medical teams in country, this is where we stayed.

It is a 20 minute walk from Le Lambi to the clinic.(We have had 4 teams in since the quake, and stayed in different hotels.)
Staff are nice, keep an eye on your valuables.

(We had a camera stolen from the restaurant last year).

And be sure to order Lambi at the eatery a day before hand. You can still call out for the Lambi boat for fresh Lambi. If you notice a nice shower head in the bath, it is from one of our team members who installed a dozen ofthem.

No Dominican "ladies" we have ever seen there since 1998. Cola is cold. Salute!

I recently stayed at L'Hermitage in Pandiassou.

It blew me away! The setting was beautiful, serene and lush. My room was spacious and had 3 fans, which made up for the lack of A/C. The bathroom was huge, and the tub / shower was tiled.

Each room has a private balcony.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, with marble floors and balconies on both the first and second level.

A restaurant is just a short walk up the hill. I never expected to find a hotel like this in Haiti.

It is definitely secluded.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place.

"Swimming Pool", previously filled with no doubt infectious River Guayamounco water, only a brown puddle since corpse of a hotel guest found at the bottom of "pool" several months ago....

"Being that this area in Mariani Haiti had many night clubs like Cassablanca, Copa Cabana, Fiesta, and the famous "Kay Gros Manman", it is believe that every where you saw a 7-Up sign in mariani, you would find Dominican women there, including Le Lambi night club in Mariani"

Either you don't know the "area", or you don't know what you're talking about.

I'll be back to school you later.

I grew up in the "area"....
