This will be great! We need more competition on air traffic to and from Haiti to lower the fares and also have better services from the companies.
American Airlines being the only one on the New-York route the lack of services and passenger handling is sometimes unbearable.
We need good passenger care on the ground and in flight, flights on time, good care of luggages etc.
It may not be easy for Delta but once they make the difference from the beginning, they will hold the way.
