Last month one of my friends was traveling to Haiti and she told me or careless this Airline company was with Haitian passengers, they didn't have a crew speaking creole which is the language of 90% haitian traveling.The problem is AA doesn't have any competition, it is the only airlines company that travel to Haiti.And I don't think that Desir's cousin lie about the fact that they were refused oxygen twice.Hope the invetigation will bring something that will make aa give Haitian passengers more attention and services
