It is unfortunate that such a tragedy has occured on an airplane.I have traveled many times on American Airlines planes, and the service has been good, that being said does not make me an advocate for the airline, I just want to express how unfortunate it was that a particular attendant acted in such a careless way toward a passenger.
As far as the Monopoly mentioned, we need to look at the competition!!! Is there a competition?
If not, why?
Maybe other folks have had similar or different experiences, however, we need to remember that we live in a country of laws, and if something wrong was done, it will be handled according to the guidelines in the laws and FAA guidelines.
