If you are born in the Bahamas you are not granted automatic Bahamian citizenship.
You have to apply for citizenship prior to your 19th birthday(good luck).
YOu can however obtain a haitian passport by requesting the application and providing the required documents, as long as you can prove that you are Haitian (mother) you should be fine. I've gone through the same situation.

I'm in boston and my passport is expire since last year. Now i need tto renew it but i don't have my birth certificate but my achieve paper do they will be allow me with it or not?
And do they take the picture at the office or should i have to bring them myself?

well you have to leave in Haiti for 7 yrs to become a Haitian Citizen and then you can get a haitian passport..
now i am not sure if you have to take a test or not. that will have to find out from the government of Haiti.
it like beeing in the U.S you have to had your green card for 5 yrs before becoming a U.S Citizen of the United States..

Impossible because u was not born there, unless you beocme a Haitian citizen..

are you a U.S citizen or a Haitian Citizen...
U.S citizen you get your passport renew at the Post Office and it 170.00dollars, Haitian Citizen you have to find the Ambassador in Florida and that is where you will go and get your passport done..
i think it is 70.00
