My wife and will be in a Winair Fly from SXM to PAP on April 21,
we will need a conection from PAP to SDO.
we will be landing at 12:30 pm.

What is the flight will be the best one for us to go in SDO?

And my wife and my son, they both have Dominican passport, do they need a Visa to land in the Haitian airport in transit or the will need a visa?

if they do need a visa, where should i get it for them?
