First of all; i t should be noted that the name of our Airport should remain Aeoport Francois Duvalier.
The author of this content should also research Haitian history to get the facts that this airport was built by the haitian people with haitian money and resources.
Whatever grant you are reffering to does not exist.
Haiti's Aeoport Francois Duvalier was built with donations from every sector of Haitian society at the time. From merchants to school children they saw it as their civic duty to help built an airport.
The goverment of Francois Duvalier built this airport with the aid of their people.
